You may be wondering what we are all about. So, here’s a short history. We started in the late 90s (and by we, I mean me) with the desire to create a modular TTRPG System that will allow groups to craft a world all their own and still maintain symmetry and balance. This was the beginning of the Gen-Cell System which had the core rules and then the ability to add on Cell’s in order to add genres, tropes, equipment, creatures, etc. to the core rules to craft a unique setting that the Host (Dungeon Master, Storyteller, etc.) wants to run and the Players want to take part in. You want fantasy magic and sci-fi weapons? Easy.
The ultimate goal of the system, now branded as the Alloy System and using Elements to mix and match parts of the setting and rules, is to make a system flexible enough to enable not only the mix and match, but to also adapt to multiple styles of games. Want to run your group through a Descent-Like dungeon crawl? Easy. Want to load your character into a video game. Easy. Want to do a tabletop warfare scenario. Also, Easy.
There’s a reason that it’s been a long road, but it is a road, and it has a destination.
