Then again, given how inconclusive and tenuous the results were, it could still be that the DNA wasn't female at all, particularly given that it's not a certainty that these letters are actually from the Ripper in the first place. Still, an interesting idea. It'd be interesting to see if they're able to come up with any developments from here.
