In my opinion, in this game, Mortals have to be a viable breed. In the setting that’s chosen, Mortals DOMINATE the world. Yes, there’s a share of the occult and such, but this is a world dominated by the sheer population of Mortals.
Having a large population of uberpowerful supernatural types sort of rubs that atmosphere the wrong way.
