    Non Player Characters (NPC's) can be a vital part of any Storyline (SL) and bring about numerous venues of roleplaying experiences. The use of NPC's should in no way cut out the chance for Player Character (PC) interaction however. If you have any ideas in which you may need additional people for your storyline, feel free to check with other players first, there are plenty of varying characters already out there to make an interesting occurance and most will be happy to be given part of something well thought out and creative.

    The use of NPC's is not limited except for on instance. If an NPC has stats, they have to be approved along certain guidelines. These will only be approved in the event that a Player Character simply will not work. For instance: Standard Police, Fire Fighters, Security Guards, Secretaries, Accountants, Some Lawyers, Doctors, Nurses, etc… in these occasion a PC may not work out or be found in time and an NPC may be needed. If your SL runs into this area we have set up a fair level system to guide you through the NPC creation process.

    Level One (Minor Antagonist or Mentor)

    Requirements for Hire: Level 1 Income
    Other Requirements: Lore 4 and Specialty in NPC's Breed
    No level requirements (Max Skill 4 for training)

    Statistics – 15 points
    Skills – 60 points
    Masteries – 10 points
    Limitations – No Lore, No Income, 2 Advantages, 3 Disadvantages

    (Mortal and Breed generation allowed)

    Level Two (Moderate Antagonist or Mentor)

    Requirements for Hire: Level 2 Income
    Other Requirements: Lore 6 and Specialty in NPC's Breed
    Level 4 in Skill to be Trained (Max Skill 6)

    Statistics – 21 points
    Skills – 80 points
    Masteries – 20 points
    Limitations – No Lore, Income 2, 2 Advantages, 3 Disadvantages

    (Mortal and Breed generation allowed)

    Level Three (Average Antagonist or Mentor)

    Requirements for Hire: Level 4 Income
    Other Requirements: Lore 8 and Specialty in NPC's Breed
    Level 6 in Skill to be trained (Max Skill 8)

    Statistics – 27 points
    Skills – 100 points
    Masteries – 50 points
    Limitations – Lore 4, Income 4, 3 Advantages, 4 Disadvantages

    (Mortal and Breed generation allowed)

    Level Four (Strong Antagonist or Mentor)

    Requirements for Hire: Level 8 Income
    Other Requirements: Lore 10 and Specialty in NPC's Breed
    Level 8 In skill to be trained (Max skill 12)

    Statistics – 33 points
    Skills – 140 points
    Masteries – 90 points
    Limitations – Lore 6, Income 6, 4 Advantages, 5 Disadvantages

    (Mortal and Breed generation allowed)

    Level Five (Powerful Antagonist or Mentor)

    Requirements for Hire: Level 10 Income
    Other Requirements: Lore 12 and Specialty in NPC's Breed
    Level 8 in skill to be trained (Max Skill 16)

    Statistics – 39 points
    Skills – 200 points
    Masteries – 140 points
    Limitations – Lore 10, Income 10, 5 Advantages, 6 Disadvantages

    (Mortal and Breed generation allowed, able to sire)

    Level Six + (Ancient Antagonist or Mentor)
    Up to FD approval and no set guidelines.
